What are the shipping rates for the Future Corporation eStore? We ship all orders using Express Post (overnight to most capital cities otherwise allow 2-4 business days) and charge a flat fee of $17.90 + GST for shipping and handling. Can I track my shipment? Yes, you will receive tracking information by email once your product leaves the warehouse. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for tracking information. How long does it take you to process my order? If when you placed your order we have stock on-hand and it is before 10AM we will usually process and ship orders on the same day. If, however, it is after 10AM we will usually process and ship the order on the following business day and we will advise you if there are any significant delays. Do you ship to P.O. boxes? Yes, Future Corporation does ship to P.O. boxes. Do you ship to RSD addresses? Yes, Future Corporation does ship to RSD addresses. Do you ship to addresses outside of Australia? No, purchases made from the Australian store will ship only to addresses within Australia. Returns & Replacements What is your return policy? At Future Corporation we strive to produce the highest-quality in software products and we're confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer the Future Corporation 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all Future Corporation software products. But if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Future Corporation will refund your money based on your original method of payment - excluding any shipping costs. When you contact us about a return, your Future Corporation Customer Service Agent may inquire about your products and experience. Please note: Only products purchased directly from Future Corporation qualify for the Future Corporation 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Purchases made from a dealer, retailer or partner must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are also subject to the return policy of that supplier. Purchases of any Clipart and/or Templates (from all suppliers), Fonts, Stock Photography and/or Textures, or any third (3rd) party software products that we sell are excluded from this guarantee. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send your product back without receiving an RMA Number. Products returned without an RMA Number will not be credited back. Our warehouses do not accept items without a valid RMA Number and Future Corporation cannot be held responsible for lost items. Credit Card charge backs: Please do not issue or request a credit card charge back with your bank or card issuer as Future Corporation will issue a formal refund if you meet the following guidelines. If you do not meet these guidelines and issue a charge back you will be in breach of the license conditions under the EULA. What are your Product Return Guidelines? Future Corporation products may be returned under the following terms: If you are the first user of the Software and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason (excluding: Beta, Demonstration, OEM, or SDK Software as set forth under their respective sections in the EULA) you may return it at any time during the thirty (30) day period following the date of purchase subject to the following conditions: (i) You must uninstall and where applicable Deactivate and/or Deregister the Software under the guidance and to the satisfaction of Future Corporation i.e. we must be able to confirm you have done this and provide a special utility to do so; and, (ii) Return any media and other associated materials including the hardware security device (if applicable) less shipping, handling, applicable taxes and any other non-recoverable costs; (iii) All returns to Future Corporation must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number); (iv) Packages sent to Future Corporation without an RMA number will not be processed and no credit will be issued; No returns will be accepted by Future Corporation, or its Affiliates and/or its Authorized Dealers after the thirty (30) day period has expired. What is an RMA number, and how do I get one? RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization and can be applied for by clicking RMA RMA instructions with shipping information and an RMA number will then be sent to you by e-mail All approved returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date the product is received by Future Corporation. Failure to include all media, material and Deactivation/Deregistration information required may result in the refund being delayed or denied. Viewing Orders How do I view the status of my order? If you placed your order over the phone with Future Corporation or online from the Future Corporation eStore, there are several ways you can determine the status of your order. Before you begin, please have your Order Number available. Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you placed your order by phone, you would have received this number from your customer service agent. Updating Account Information How do I create an account? Creating a Future Corporation account is easy! Just click Create an Account to get started Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be able to download software products, receive order confirmations, check order status and manage your Future Corporation communication preferences. How do I retrieve my password? To receive your account password by email click Retrieve My Password How do I edit my information? To update your account information, simply log in, click Change Information, make your changes, and click Save. Can I see the history of my order? Yes, provided you have a Future Corporation account. To see your order history, simply log in to your account and click View Orders.
