Troubleshooting

Note: Have you received an error that you have too many activations? if so click here

If you are having problems with activation it will most likely be related to the antivirus software or security settings on your computer. When this occurs the software will usually recognize there is a problem connecting to our server and allow you to activate manually.

To do this see Activate without Internet connected

However, if the software fails to do this mark or set the software as safe with your antivirus, anti-malware or related software.

If you are uncertain how to do this please follow these instructions:

Antivirus

First close the software. Next set the software as trusted or safe with your antivirus program. The software is normally located here (Note: change C:\ if the software has been installed to another drive letter):

C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\(software name)\BinExe\(software name.exe)

To see how this is done, go to any search engine like Bing or Google and type in:

How do I set a program as safe with (insert the name of your antivirus program here) and click Search.

Also, if possible mark this whole folder as safe with your antivirus program (Note: change C:\ if the software has been installed to another drive letter):

C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\(software name)\BinExe

Once completed, try to activate the software.

Security Settings

There are a number of settings that control how your computer connects to the Internet. Windows comes with several Troubleshooting clients which are located in Control Panel that can identify and repair an Internet or network connection.

To see how this is done on your computer go to any search engine like Bing or Google and type in:

How do I repair my Internet connection (insert the version of Windows you have here) and click Search.

Also visit Microsoft Fixit which can analize your computer and repair Windows settings and files.
