To activate the software click the Help (menu) / Activate Product (as shown above) and follow the on-screen instructions. If you experience any difficulties please see troubleshooting below.
Note: You can also access your license information and activate/deactivate the software from the Gateway which you can also open from the Help menu in the software.If the computer does not have Internet access, you can activate it manually. To do this you will need (i) access to another computer which is connected to the Internet and, (ii) to record (write down) a number provided by the software, as follows:
Step 1
From the software click the Help (menu) / Activate Product (as shown above),
or from the Gateway click License / Activate and the License Manager will
open, as shown here:
Click Activate (see figure 1 above) and if the software cannot detect
the Internet you will be given the option to activate offline, as shown
here:
Step 2
Click Offline Activation (see figure 1 above), and a text file will open
that contains a number that is unique to your computer (see figure 3 above).
Write this number down, or copy the text file onto a USB drive.
Step 3
Go to a computer that is connected to the Internet and click on this link

or enter this link into the address bar of an Internet browser:

Step 4
Type in: (i) your product serial number (PSN) which was provided when the software
was purchased, and (ii) the computer number, and click Next and an Activation
Code will be issued.
Step 5
Record (write down) the Activation Code, and go back to the computer that
you wish to activate that is not connected to the Internet.
Step 6
Click
on Enter Activation Code (see figure 2 above) and enter the Activation
Code and then click OK, and the software will now be activated and ready
to use.
Tip: Restart the software to make certain the activation has been successful.
To deactivate the software click the Help (menu) / Gateway (as shown above) and go to the License section. Click Deactivate and follow the on-screen instructions. If you experience any difficulties please see troubleshooting below.
If the computer does not have Internet access, you can deactivate it
manually. However, if you wish to activate another computer at a later time,
you must inform our server that you have deactivated your software.
To do this you will need (i) access to another computer which is connected
to the Internet and, (ii) to record (write down) a number provided by the
software, as follows:
Step 1

Gateway click the License menu and then click Deactivate and the License
Manager will open, as shown here:
Step 2
In the License Manager click Deactivate (see figure 1 above) and you will
be prompted to proceed. Click yes to deactivate and enter your product serial
number (PSN) which was provided when the software was purchased
(this is to avoid a mistake or unauthorized persons deactivating
your software). Once completed
(i) the software will become deactivated and, (ii) a text file will open
with instructions.
Step 3
The text file contains a number that is unique to your computer. Write this
number down, or copy the text file onto a USB drive.
Step 4
Go to a computer that is connected to the Internet and click on this link

Software or enter this link into the address bar of an Internet browser:

Step 5
Enter (i) your product serial number (PSN) which was provided when the software
was purchased, and (ii) the computer number, and click Next and and the
server will be notified that your software has been deactivated and will
now allow another computer to be activated.
Note: Have you received an error that you have too many activations? if so click here
If you are having problems with activation it will most likely be related to the antivirus software or security settings on your computer. When this occurs the software will usually recognize there is a problem connecting to our server and allow you to activate manually.

However, if the software fails to do this mark or set the software as safe with your antivirus, anti-malware or related software.
If you are uncertain how to do this please follow these instructions:
Antivirus
First close the software. Next set the software as trusted or safe with your antivirus program. The software is normally located here (Note: change C:\ if the software has been installed to another drive letter):
C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\(software name)\BinExe\(software name.exe)
To see how this is done, go to any search engine like Bing or Google and type in:
How do I set a program as safe with (insert the name of your antivirus program here) and click Search.
Also, if possible mark this whole folder as safe with your antivirus program (Note: change C:\ if the software has been installed to another drive letter):
C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\(software name)\BinExe
Once completed, try to activate the software.
Security Settings
There are a number of settings that control how your computer connects to the Internet. Windows comes with several Troubleshooting clients which are located in Control Panel that can identify and repair an Internet or network connection.
To see how this is done on your computer go to any search engine like Bing or Google and type in:
How do I repair my Internet connection (insert the version of Windows you have here) and click Search.
